Looking for a Piper, a Master or Cerimonies or for a Videographer for your wedding day?

Look no further! As I said at the start of my web site, I want to make it easy for you to plan your wedding day, so to help you along with your organisation, I have teamed up with an truly world class Piper and also an excellent Videographer who truly supply an excellent service. I have worked with both on many occasions.

Piper

Package A - £175
To play your guests into the venue, Pipe the Bridal party into the ceremony and out again, available for photographs, play for you and your guests at Reception and pipe the Bride and Groom into Wedding Breakfast. Toast Piper with a Quaich - Piper then depart departs playing Black Bear, the tune that soldiers march back to barracks.

Package B - £150
To play your guests into the venue, Pipe the Bridal party into the ceremony and out again, available for photographs.

Package C - £125
To play your guests into the venue, Pipe the Bridal party into the ceremony and out again.

Master of Ceremonies

Firstly, a Master of Ceremonies entertains your guests, welcomes them, guides them to be where they need to be at the right time. He or she opens the speeches, adds flair and uniqueness to the day. In addition, they bring Scottish Traditions alive with explanations of the Scottish Marriage Ceremony. If you're having a Scottish wedding, then you can't be without a Master of Ceremonies.
The second, unseen role, is that a Master of Ceremonies works with the venue staff and organisers behind the scenes, knitting it all together, filling in those little gaps, so that the Bride, Groom and guests experience only a seamless day where everything flows just as they have wanted. The Master of Ceremonies leads the day as a link between the staff and the guests.

Again, the people I work with are of excellent character and I have worked with them many times before.

Package A Price - £250.00
The Master of Ceremonies will be with the venue staff creating your dream Wedding Breakfast and organising timings with the venue, he will also be in touch with the photographer and assist in any way he can. From before the Reception begins, through the Wedding Breakfast announcing speeches etc on your behalf, he will be with you until just after the first dance when he will bid you and your guests farewell.

Package B Price - £150.00
The Master of Ceremonies will be with you from before the Reception begins, through the Wedding Breakfast announcing speeches etc on your behalf. Once the speeches are completed, he will bid you and your guests farewell.

To book or for further information, please send an email to info@weddingphotosedinburgh and in the subject line please put Master of Ceremonies - please give me as many details as possible about your special day and we will reply as soon as possible.

Videographer

Package B - £750 - As above, but staying until celebrations are finished.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like further information on any of these services.

Wedding Information

Why is it called the "Wedding Breakfast"? - This is the first meal you will have as a married couple - hence - Breakfast!

Why is it called "Tying the knot"? - In days gone by, the Bride and Groom would have their arms and hands tied with Ribbons (Tartan) and as they were married, they pulled apart and as the ribbons crossed they formed a knot - hence - Tying the knot!
